Shipping Policy

Bosszik Boutique orders are delivered within 10-15 business days Standard Shipping, 1-3 business days Priority Mail, and Next day to

2-day Priority Mail Express after being processed. *Processing times are 2-5 business days, unless otherwise listed in the item description, excluding holidays and weekends.

You will receive an email with the tracking information once the package has been processed.

The tracking number provided will be the information necessary to contact the appropriate carrier if the need should arise.

 

Bosszik Apparel/Bosszik Merch orders are MADE-ON-DEMAND. Processing & Shipping times are as follows, excluding holidays and weekends. Shipping: 10-15 business days Standard Shipping (only) after being processed. *Processing times are 5-8 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from BosszikBoutique.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise credit.

 

Please Note:

Shipping times may vary during holiday seasons. Bosszik Boutique is not responsible for delays in packages after the product is shipped.

Return & Exchanges

Bosszik Boutique values and strives to satisfy our customers. Unfortunately, all sales are final - No refunds or exchanges at this time for the public.  It is permissible for only BOSSZIK MEMBERS to exchange after approval. See BOSSZIK MEMBER section located below.

 

To ensure you will be satisfied with your item, the following tips are recommended.
